Hotel Mama präsentiert den Kurs “Paste Romane”. Lernt mit uns, wie man die Saucen der berühmten Pasta aus der Region Latium und aus Rom – Gricia, Carbonara und Amatriciana – gemäss Originalrezept zubereitet. Erfahrt mehr über die Geschichte der Gerichte und Beschreibung der Zutaten. Wir sorgen auch für die perfekte Weinpaarung.

Im Preis sind für alle Teilnehmenden ein Aperitif und das Script, um die Gerichte zu Hause für die Familie oder die Freunde zubereiten, inbegriffen. Der Kurs findet auf Deutsch oder Englisch statt und wer will, kann auch die Italienischkenntnisse verbessern.

Complete your cooking skills with the history of the dishes, description of the ingredients and wine pairing.

Included in the price is an aperitif and the memorandum to redo the dishes at home for your family or friends. Taught in German or English, and you can also improve your Italian!

Hotel Mama presenta il corso “Paste Romane” per imparare a cucinare le salse delle celebri paste della Regione Lazio e della bella Roma: Gricia, Carbonara e Amatriciana secondo la ricetta tradizionale. Completano il corso la storia dei piatti, la descrizione degli ingredienti e l’abbinamento coi vini più adatti.

Ai corsisti verrà offerto un aperitivo e il memorandum per rifare le salse a casa, per la famiglia o per i vostri amici! Il corso si svolge in tedesco o inglese con traduzione in italiano.
